After successfully running his own catering company, Saul founded Ways of Wagyu with a passion for bringing luxury Wagyu experiences directly to clients across London. Specialising in private dining, bespoke events, and premium Wagyu cuts, every experience is designed to combine restaurant-quality food with a personal and relaxed atmosphere.
